Width of border that acts like the resize-area

In normal Windows applications the screen area around the border of a window in which you see the resize cursor and are able to resize the window, is approx. 4 or 5 pixels wide.
In our FMX-application it’s only 2 pixels – making it quite hard to exactly point the mouse. Does anyone here have a hint where I should look to make that hit-area wider/more?

On top of that, it seems FMX does not allow corner diagonal resizing from the top corners of a window like it does on the bottom corners. An FMX-thing or something we accidently turned on?
