Is it possible to Flush the file cache on firemonkey for android?

My problem is the following: We are using a data entry program (CSPro 6.1) that writes a text file to a folder. This file must be read by another app (that I am writing myself, using Firemonkey (Delphi XE7). When I start the app directly everything works fine, but when I execute the app from CSPro (i.e. without closing the CSPro app) the file that CSpro has written is not completely written and the whole thing fails.I do not have any possibilities to change the CSPro code on the system level (it is basically for deploying data entry). Does anyone know if I can force the writing of the file from outide of an app, i.e. in my case from the Firemonkey app rather than the CSPro one?
